As a seasoned Healthcare Executive, currently serving as an SVP of Analytics & Data Operations at Target RWE, she has played a pivotal role in spearheading cutting-edge real-world data solutions crucial for healthcare drug development and commercialization. Renowned for her leadership, Dr. Kleczyk excels in fostering high-performing teams and delivering innovative solutions throughout her distinguished career. A highly sought-after speaker at industry conferences and major events, she has made prolific contributions through academic, industry, and community publications, as well as board memberships.

Dr. Kleczyk's dedication to mentoring women in healthcare has earned her prestigious awards, including recognition from Women in IT and the Healthcare Businesswomen Association. She holds the title of Global Champion for Women in Healthcare Leadership and has received the esteemed Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. Featured in numerous community podcasts and magazines, she actively engages in community service, serving on the Northern Light Community Cancer Council. Additionally, as a respected University of Maine faculty member and Chairwoman for the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Forestry College’s Advisory Board, Dr. Kleczyk advocates for education. Khyati Srivastava brings 16 years of expertise in technology marketing to her role as Senior Director of Marketing at VGS. With a background spanning B2B, SMB, and B2C marketing across diverse organizations, including eBay, American Express, and Wells Fargo, Khyati leads product, content, and partner marketing at VGS. She's a thought leader in payment technology and fintechs, as evidenced by her authored articles for VGS and Rapyd. Khyati is active in the payments and tech communities as a speaker, mentor, and SME at multiple industry conferences, startup incubators, and marketing organizations, including the largest industry conference Money 20/20, Silicon Valley stalwarts Alchemist Accelerator and Plug n Play Tech Center, and Y-Combinator-backed, hot AI-startup Criya. Khyati was also selected as a task force chair for Paytech Women. With three patents in payments and a track record of driving growth and innovation in corporate startup environments and established startups, Khyati's collaborative and customer-centric approach makes her a driving force for marketing in the tech sector. She holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. On the personal front, Khyati has fostered 25+ dogs on both coasts for over 12 years.
